Carrie Carmichael, former NPC Amateur Bodybuilding Champion, is set to open a personal training studio called Transformations by Carrie & Co. on August 1, 2008.
Carmichael, a personal trainer and sport nutritionist, holds several certifications in personal training, sports nutrition, and CrossFit training. In addition to being a champion bodybuilder, Carrie has been a competitive gymnast, law enforcement officer, and “fit for duty” counselor. Carrie is an avid cyclist and is running her first half lengthy in San Antonio this November.
Her diverse and comprehensive approach to health and fitness training methods include strength training, endurance training and nutritional analysis that are prescribed on an individual basis to meet each client’s needs, lifestyle, and goals. Carmichael’s way of life is to establish learned behaviors through culture and leadership that provide a levelheaded foundation for client success.
The opportunity to open her own studio was born out of her clients’ dramatic transformations and success tales – many bringing up the rear 40-50 pounds while gaining lean muscle, strength, flexibility, and endurance.
Carrie has been training in San Antonio, Texas since 2005 and in Austin, Texas.
Transformations by Carrie & Co. is located at 12227 Huebner Road, Suite #102 in San Antonio, Texas. The studio provides state of the art strength and cardiovascular machines, showers for clients, rub down benefit, and a fully stocked retail center with fitness gear and sports supplements. The studio is staffed by personal trainers with diverse backgrounds, culture, and experience to meet any client’s need.
